The end of an era

http://www.cnn.com/2008/TECH/12/08/polaroid.farewell/index.html

Polaroid instant cameras & their pictures are going the way of the dodo. The first picture of Hunter & I together was taken with a Polaroid instant camera. It was on Easter '02 & his grandmother ushered everyone into the living room at his aunt's house for their "Easter memory". It's framed & on our mantle.

In more ways than one. No more cool Polaroid transfers with my slide printer. (sigh)

I saw that too...Polaroid has been the camera of choice for teachers for years...sigh...digital means you actually have to upload the pics to something and print them, then cut them down to size. We will miss the Polaroid.
